Filing a copyright complaint

Counter-notice

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area.

Repeat infringers
